Job responsibilities:
1. Safety planning and acceptance: assist in the safety planning and acceptance of new building facilities (new tenants) in the park;
2. Carry out safety and environmental protection inspection for each business unit/workshop, issue rectification notice for the inspected problems and follow up the implementation;
3. Supervise and inspect the fire-fighting equipment and spot inspection, emergency supplies, environmental protection facilities, etc. throughout the company;
4. Be responsible for conducting safety inspection on the hidden locations of hazardous chemical warehouse and other business divisions, and recording and uploading to the work group;
5. Responsible for the supervision of construction safety and vehicle management in the park;
6. Organize company wide safety meetings (e.g. environment, safety, vehicle access, personnel fire protection, etc.);
7. Organize the safety archives;
8. Cooperate with external review and reporting.
Job requirements:
1. Fire fighting or armed police veterans are preferred;
2. Experience in security and fire protection is preferred;
3. Strong body;
4. Risk awareness.
