Introduction to relevant electroplating

The outer conductor, inner conductor, shell and other parts of aerospace military connectors are mainly copper, nickel and gold plated, and barrel plating, hanging plating, local plating and other electroplating methods are usually used.

The microporous and blind hole parts adopt special processes, such as ultrasonic plating, vacuum plating, vibration plating, etc. With special technology, the electroplating of deep blind holes with a hole depth ratio of 1:4 and the electroplating of micro blind holes with a minimum hole diameter of 0.25mm can be overcome, so that the coating inside and outside the hole is fine and bright.

By optimizing coating combination, salt spray test, nitric acid resistance test and coating performance test can better meet customer requirements.
